I have been to several BMW dealerships for service over the USA and me tell you this is one of the worse experiences! I took my car in for routine maintenance and found my passages seats severally damaged with lacerations from what appeared to be tools. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, instead of finding a solution to make it right he chose to engage in a stand off argument repeating the same monotones words: “there is no way my dealership is absorbing any of this cost.” This was not the BMW customer service I was accustomed to and when you own a 90k car it makes you think twice about the brand you are staying loyal to or at least the dealership. Juan, my service advisor was very polite and helpful in arranging an Uber while my vehicle was serviced. As if this wasn’t enough, on my trip down to Austin Texas, I was plagued with error codes/ check engine lights from the spark plugs and general maintenance performed. Luckily, I barely made it through the agonizing trip on “restricted power output.” After taking the car to BMW of Austin this week, they come to find that it was in fact to several mistakes & intercooler pipes left loose from my service at BMW Rockville 9 days ago!!!!! Thankfully it was nothing catastrophic to the engine but consumer be warned!!!! BMW Rockville & Priority 1, I hope you can take this experience and improve. We pay a lot of money to stay loyal to the brand! In instances of customer service, I hope you can change your approach to a solution based mindset instead of simply arguing with the customer. Please do not reach out for more feedback. There is nothing else to say. Thank you

I took my car to service a month ago (in mid December), and yesterday I lost complete control of my car in the middle of a high trafficked road during rush hour, seconds before pulling into I-95 South. I couldn’t steer, brake, accelarate, nothing. I was able to stop the car in a little secluded area, as far from traffic as possible, but still was at risk of being hit. Had this happened a few seconds later, on 95, I don’t know if I would be writing this review right now. Well, I told BMW of Rockville this morning to please identify what had failed and to call me immediately to see if it had been a negligent act on the service team who performed the inspection last month, or pure bad luck. Because if it was their fault, I was not going to pay $500 for a new battery after I had just spent $800 last month for service. BMW of Rockville never called me, they simply changed the battery, and now they won’t hold anyone accountable or even explain to me why this happened, and why it happened without warning. They keep telling me that “it happens,” that the battery can die at any moment. To make matters worse, I requested to speak with the manager of the dealership, who would not answer my questions and kept responding “okay” with an attitude every time I mentioned that I could have died yesterday because of a malfunction in the car and no warning-period that the car was about to shut down. When I asked for his name, he said “goodnight” and hung up the phone on me. I have been calling back, and my calls are not being taken. I will make sure to spread the word about this dealership, and I WILL get the name of this unqualified manager. Up until this day, I always bragged about the excellent service of BMW, and particularly BMW of Rockville, whom I have given my business for 5 years. Never again.

Got the complimentary car wash. It was fine. They didnt wipe down the interior, however.

I highly recommend this dealership-had purchased couple of my cars here. Karen Cruz is amazing in what she does! Very approachable, knowledgeable , helpful, explains and guides through the whole process with ease. Answered all my questions and went far beyond to make sure that I get the best service! 👍🏻 Also the general manager Mr. Nikolas is the most nicest guy you could meet!very professional and friendly.

There is one reason I service my vehicle at BMW of Rockville. Mr. Eric Clark is an amazing service advisor. If you are looking for an advisor that really makes you the priority. He's your man. I've never been more happy with the quality of service I get from Mr. Eric Clark at BMW of Rockville. He truly makes service an enjoyable process. He listens and fully understands how to take care of his clients and their veichles. I truly am a firm believer that the service advisor really makes the experience, and Mr. Eric Clark is a critical piece to BMW of Rockville service team. I am on my 2nd BMW both serviced with Mr. Eric Clark and I will continue to come to Rockville for service as long as he is there. If you are new BMW owner or current one. Make the switch. If you want a service advisor that truly values you and your vehicle. He is your man. I highly recommend him to anyone.
