After hitting a few bumps along the way during the process of getting my new BMW I had the pleasure of working with Tim,  the C.O.O.   He jumped in and took over what started to become a negative experience and turned it into a very positive one. Not only was Tim extremely helpful, he genuinely cares about his customers. Elliot helped me to come out of my existing lease early and got me into a 2017 540 M sport. The car He spec'd with me was gorgeous.  The price was fair. And most impressively he showed passion and service throughout.

I took my car in this morning 9/11/17, my service guy is usually Ryan who provided awesome customer service. I was told Ryan is no longer with the company the service is awful. It is now 5:00pm I have been calling the service guy Eric all day regarding the status of my car and he does not return calls. Now I am stuck without a car to get to work. I did not realize BMW allow their service people to be so inconsiderate. The worst service I have ever received.

Sales person was fine, but she has no say on the actual deal. The manager was a liar, agreed on a price and turned around denied that completely. They used an unethical method to trick customers, instead of engaging a honest negotiation. What a waste of our time! 
Please be careful if you ever enter a negotiation process, remember to make a phone recording or write the number down with their signature!!
