The sales person I worked with was very nice and wasn’t pushy at all. He helped make sure I was happy with the car I chose and was very focused on my experience. His manager whom we had to negotiate the price of the vehicle with on the other hand was very rude and pushy. He didn’t seem to care if I could actually afford the vehicle or not, saying things like “Anything [price] is possible with financing.” and “You’re a grown man now, you don’t have to listen to [your father].” He really did not care about anything but making a sale and was the worst part of my experience here. Literally every other person I talked to there was nice.

They always take care of me at Ourisman. I appreciate John Acres getting me in and out for service and checking with GM to cover our issue.

I would like to thank the service advisor John for taken full care of all my concerns with my  malibu. He was very help n went out his way to get my car cleaned. He is a great asset to this company. Thanks for all your hospitality! See you soon.

I worked specifically with German and man did he do everything he could to help me out!  Not only did he but every one in that day did the very best they could including the owner!  I am by far committed to this location.  I know I left there not only happy but a little relief knowing that all my negative equity will be paid off in three years.  Thank you to everyone who helped me out!!!

Worked with German Ojeda to buy a Bolt. German is fantastic. Not pushy, not pestering, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and personable. Great to work with. Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy at Ourisman or a Chevy in MD. Thanks to the rest of the crew at Ourisman too. Purchase was late at night but very quick, smooth, and friendly.
