I purchased a Porsche Macan from Dexter with no regrets. From my dreadful experience 5 years ago purchasing a Mercedes Benz I was not looking forward to car shopping. Thanks to these guys I look forward to looking back on the purchase of my 1st Porsche. Zero wait time to meet a sales rep. Dexter was very patient and addressed all of my concerns. He made me feel comfortable and treated me like a normal person. Not like a customer. I got everything I wanted & they invited me back at my convenience for a more thorough detailing and a gift. General Manager, Michael & their finance guy, Neil are also fantastic. They stayed with me until 12 am nearly holding my hand. They even bought my mother and I dinner. Great experience. Thank you.

Called about a A5. Advertised car was not ready to show. Questions sales about advertising. Remarks said certified but not on certified pre-own website. Asked sales how they could certify a car with an open recall on Carfax. Sales took information and would not respond as they said they would. Told sales I was a cash buyer but wanted answers. Had to call them back multiple time before I could get answers. Ultimately car was sold while waiting for poor communicator to respond. Yet they call this a highly rated dealership????

Great customer attention for everything.  I purchased new and added a number of extra service options.  Sure, there's always arguments to be made for whether they're worth it or not.  Well, I'm pleased to say Michael handled an odd wheel rim problem (cosmetic, but not?) with no quibbling at all.  Likewise a set of winter tires/rims from them proved to be an excellent solution for winter driving around here.

I was very please with the service efficiency of my adviser and as always, the work performed exceeded my expectations.  Alex is awesome and my loaner car was exceptional.

This is the second time I have bought from Porsche of Rockville.  The service is fabulous, no haggle, and the whole experience was wonderful.  Michael Fitzgerald did more than was necessary and went out of his way to make this a great experience yesterday night.
