have been going to this nail salon for two years and recently decided to not return and try out a new place.  - the front desk staff has been awful , more so in the last 5 months. NO HELP whatsoever in making an appointment and they almost make you feel like a burden when you walk in and tell them what you want- you're in the customer service business meaning customers are making you money! don't make them feel uncomfortable/ give them an attitude. Second i am not very picky but the last three nexgen manicures i have gotten have been a little on the rushed side, all three have chipped after a week not to mention the last appointment i had the nail artist stared at the clock the entire time because they were almost closed. not sure if the popularity has gotten to their heads or what but the service has gone down in quality and the atmosphrere has changed a lot since i first started going. taking my
money somewhere else!

Was looking for a new nail salon. Was seated quickly with no appointment. The shop is very clean. They line their tubs with plastic. Tech was efficient and nice.

I took a chance by not making an appointment but they were quick in getting me seated.  And I got sooo lucky to have gotten Carmen as my nail tech!  Friendly, professional, they use great products.  I will definitely be back.  Thank you Carmen for providing me outstanding customer service and awesome looking nails.

Literally worse nexgen set ever, sloppy shaping, the nail tech was so rude, texting consistently throughout my appointment, 4 nails came completely off the very next day after having them done. Absolute worst experience in a nail shop yet and mind you I spent over $60 . Won't be going back

I always go to Natalie. I've been looking for someone like her for years! She takes her time, never rushes to get me out of there and my nails literally never break (i do nexgen) she makes my shape always perfect, and she never leaves my nails uneven. They also have a HUGE selection of colors. Highly recommend this place and if you do nexgen Natalie is your girl!
