PC Richard is our go to store!! 5 stars all the way. Kyle was and always is super helpful. Made buying appliances easier than I could've imagined. Will definitely be returning for all our future needs. Great customer service. Friendly, responsive and courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you for making this process a breeze as always.

Staff is very friendly and not pushy toward a purchase. If you have a tech question they can usually answer it. They often stock tech gear that Best Buy doesn't have. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for something since it's right by Best Buy.

I needed a new dryer ( mine completely stopped) and washer ( which was leaking). I did my homework looking for a new washer/dryer set. I found a Maytag set online at PC Richard. I called the store to inquire about delivery charges and installation. The sales professional I spoke to was Alex. Alex was so very helpful. He explained all the costs and warranty information. My husband and I were able to go in on Friday evening and purchase a washer/dryer set from Maytag. Alex was able to secure delivery for our new set the next day. We received the set today. The delivery/ installation people did a great job. Very efficient taking our old machines away and hooking up the new ones. I’ve been washing all day. Amazing customer service, delivery and set up. Thank you Alex and PC Richard and sons.

I could not be happier with the outstanding service provided by my sales representative that assisted me at P.C. RICHARD & SON. Lloyd walked right up to me as I was looking through different television models and he was quick to ask me how he could be of service. After I told him my specific needs and wants in the product (Television) I was searching for he identified some characteristics in a Television that I would want in addition to what I had told him. Lloyd was very helpful in informing me on brands and actually models that would be of interest to me. Throughout my experience at P.C. RICHARD & SON that day, Lloyd was patient, helpful, and willing to work until my needs and wants were met to the fullest.

Get your phone chargers at PcRichards, I made my way in and got the help and quality I was looking for. Charles an employee at Pc Richards helped me immediately as I arrived and hooked it up with a great price for my phone charger. :) Im happy to get others to look around swell
