tom is the Best salesperson I have ever worked with in 60 years. I originally came in for a dishwasher, but worked with me to get a very reasonable complete kitchen package of stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. I found him knowledgeable, friendly, and informative.

I dealt with Jose....and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only did he answer all my questions and get me the best deals....he made the experience enjoyable. Great personality and I never once felt like he was pushing me to buy anything. Great asset to the PC Richard family.

Jose has been a life saver. He has provided superior customer service and as a result made us PC Richards customer. He has relieved frustration caused by Home Depot by their lack of delivery and customer service. Many thanks for the great service. The Hopes.

I have Been to this store many times. Lee S. was very helpful in getting us the best possible deal on a dryer, dishwasher and stove hood vent. 
The delivery and service calls have been nothing but professional. I highly recommend PC RICHARDS in Enfield before going anywhere else.

In years past , after purchasing a big ticket item , I did not feel I got the best deal.  I have never felt that way since shopping at PC RICHARDS.

I came in to just look at some prices on mattresses and wound up getting a great deal. Jose was more than helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Overall a great experience and best of all, it didn't cost an arm and a leg! Thanks Jose!
