Purchased a computer from Andrew. He took all the time in the world (over an hour) to explain every difference between my Mac and HP. The manager was excellent and accommodating any of my requests. They definitely helped, made it great. I came from DE to shop because they’re customer service is great. Definitely recommend to everyone! Thanks guys!

I went into the store and was greeted with a warm welcome and smile by Tony Wu. I really appreciate how he took his time and listened to what I wanted. He showed me their mattress gallery and wide selection of recliners. He found me the best product with all of the features that I needed within my strict budget. I want to thank Tony Wu for making my shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend this store.

Great staff there... Sharpness and Mike are wonderful, and they make you feel like family and will work with you to the best of their abilities to make you happy, I've been a long time customer and will always patronize them for all my needs... They make the staff over at Best Buy look like freaking clowns!!! Thank you guys!!!!

Great customer service (worked with Eric today and he was excellent) and quality! We've purchased our tv, washer, dryer, and now microwave here and have gotten a great deal every time--we've had the first 3 for over 5 years without a single problem. We always go to PC Richard first and we always get an excellent deal on a great product!

My sales associate, Joshua was a total professional. I had an issue beyond his control. He worked with his managers to more than satisfy my needs. I usually buy from the "other store" but after my recent experience I will definitely buy from PC Richards. Go see Josh.
