The worst customer service EVER!! I keep going in there bc it is so close to my job , and I always feel like, maybe I will get a different person and the level of customer service will be different. Sad to say that every time I receive sub part service,  staff that is wrapped up in personal conversations with eachother and usage of their personal devices. Years ago, the staff was very helpful but this new crew should all be fired and they should start from scratch. I am so disappointed that the brand would want this sort of representation.

Don't know the guy  name. But he's tall and I believe he's middle eastern. Extremely rude and with a  frustrated attitude. Not coming back to this store. Lost my sales.
