I was able to return Verizon equipment with out hassle. Typical Philly attitude, just remember to have patience and kill them with kindest. If you follow these few steps you’ll be in and out before you know it.

Had a great experience here yesterday.  Had to exchange some boxes which I wasn't happy about and drive 45 minutes there which didn't make me feel better.  I was expecting to wait forever for help.  I walked into an empty store except for 2 employees waiting at the desk and was immediately created by Leshaun.  I explained to him my situation and he understood what I needed and proceeded to run the return and then get my new boxes.  I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.  I would have no problem coming back here for Fios service.

If you're returning set top boxes make sure you have cancelled the service b4 hand because they can only direct you to a phone and call a different place. A little hassle but nothing major. Very friendly and helpful.
