I made the switch from Sprint and very much enjoyed my time in this store. The associates and manger who helped me were patient, friendly, and efficient. I was able to get help with exactly what I needed and will be back if anything else arises. Kudos to Nuria, Camila, and Adriana for their great customer service!

Everyone is so nice. The wait isn't bad during the daytime but is usually busy after work.

When you get sold a refurbished phone unknowingly and pay full price for it. And it ultimately ends up breaking you get put through the ringer and no one can help. 

The retail manager Jose pretends he doesn't know anything. How'd you get the job of manager learning nothing, sir? And a sales associate by the name of Jerome is in the habit of making mistakes and not owning up to them. So what is a girl with a broken phone to do. Leave T-Mobile and see what AT&T has to offer! 

If you are a T-Mobile customer and intend to deal with the crap they shoot out, do yourself a favor and visit another location. And T-Mobile if you want to keep your customers, own up to your mistakes and fix them!

Had a very below average experienced (female) associate answering my call. So I let it go & still I went in the store. I was greeted by a gentleman. 

But heres the good part , the song "Sex with Me" by Rihanna was on blast. I look around, I see about 5 children in the store. Where is the common curtesy or respect? 
Not only was it inappropriate, It was pretty loud that I couldn't really hear the male associate helping and speaking to me. He was telling me about some promo, but I just nodded and declined. 

I have nothing against Rihanna or T-Mobile. Its this store that really needs to be checked because they ain't doing their job right. 

I won't be returning to this store again.
