Nice big new store. Layout is nicely set up. Employees are extremely helpful courteous and care about you getting a good deal at the register as well as finding what you need. Always well stocked. Will continue shopping here!!!

Place is terrible. All those workers are inexperienced, rude, and ignorant. The "manager" didn't want to exchange an item because it was ONE day late. He basically told me it's my own fault. I should've known before I even walked in the store that the item was non exchangeable. Something along those lines. The item was NEVER used and it's still in it's packaging. And no it's not a costume. Plus it was purchased 6 days beforehand. So much for 30 day exchange grace period on other items. It didn't occur to them to tell me that before I went looking around for others items of equal worth. Wasted 15 mins. It's messed up. I got told at checkout. "The item can't be exchanged. There's nothing we can do for you. " Thanks Party City for the rude "manager" with his captain obvious and sarcastic remarks. Thanks for the poorly trained associates not going the extra mile to tell me but other customers beforehand that certain items can't be exchanged. And thanks for wasting my time.

We had a banner made and balloons. Had the help from Cristal who was very helpful with planning and printing the banner. The only bummer was the printer which did not want to cooperate considering several attempts by Cristal to get it to print. She offered to go to another store to get the ink to finish the banner. Very friendly and helpful.

Need a better changing room. see through curtain with a male standing right in front while the children try on their costume. Had to tell him to please step to the side so the girls could change. Then I brought this to the manager attention.

Christal is so amazing. She was very helpful, caring and has so much patients. Her customer service is outstanding. Next time you come I will recommend her. She's a Keeper
