I came in for lunch. Meal was tasty, but service was poor. Server took her time seating me, but assisted others more quickly. After I was seated I was not asked if I would like to order a beverage. Others were. After I got my meal she did not once check on me or offer a refill. She only had two tables and I was one of them. There were 4 tables seated at the time. I also happened to be the only person of color and the only one who was treated in this manner. Although the food was good, I will not return to this establishment because I deserve better as a paying customer and a human being.

This place has been officially added to my local favorites! I went for dinner, the atmosphere was quiet and accepting. Our server was friendly and provided fast service. THE FOOD!!! OH MY! I ordered the chicken and waffle and I did not regret it at all. My only regret was not being able to finish the whole thing because the portions are pretty decent. My husband ordered the shrimp and grits which had nothing on my chicken and waffles but was still pretty decent.  Overall, this place is a must :)

Our food was great. My wife had the catfish that was battered in southern spices that enhances the dish. I had the Creole flavored jambalaya. We also shared the shrimp and grits that was definitely tasted like it came from the gulf coast.

Love this place! Always eat breakfast here when i am in town. The chicken fried steak is great and the servings are huge!!! I always have left overs

Great! I have never had shrimp and grits before and I couldn't be happier. My husband also loved his Jambalaya! Plus amazing cocktails. I got the Alabama slammer which it's fruity and delightful (not to be confused with deliteful 😉)
