What a fun experience!!! My fiancee and I had never had fondue or been to the melting pot before and I have to tell you it was great!!! We came in and sat at the bar and our waitress Regina was so helpful and attentive giving us our space to enjoy our meal but also making sure we were waited on properly. The food was great and atmosphere was nice as well. I have to say it was a great experience for us.

Extremely unhappy with the service I just received. I tried to book a party of 20 a month out for a after wedding dinner. The manager told me I needed to find out everyones order which would be extremely hard since all our family is out of town! When I asked if we could find out when we come in he told me no and that between all of us we would share six burners which is not enough. My family wanted to choose all different food per couple and he told me he could not do that. They also sent me a email the was for 35_40 even though I clearly stated a party of twenty. I have been coming here for awhile and will no longer be if I get treated like this. We love the melting pot and this is such a disappointment to find out that we cant share our love for this place with our family after our very small wedding. Awful service on the managers part!

Food was amazing, service was exceptional, and lots of wonderful flavors. Definitely a five star review.

Such a good time at this place. Ate way too much but watching my dates have fun playing with their food was worth the food coma. Want to go back soon.
