The park has some excellent hiking/running trails. A few of the trails needed some bushwacking to get through. The drive up/down the mountain alone is worth it!

Great hiking, well maintained facilities, and trails. This area is populated with many old growth oak trees, sparse undergrowth, and wide trails. There is very moderate elevation change, and plenty of comfortable places to rest, making all of the trails moderately easy, and the scenery spectacular. The trails are fairly well marked, but there are some areas that could use some more signage, so carrying a trail map is a good idea.

$30 to pitch a tent sounds fair, right? No it doesn't. The only reason I would ever come back is to see that gorgeous park ranger again. This woman is totally stunning. She was all decked out in the tactical gear, completely overkill but she looked soo hot doing it. Blonde, about 6ft, with eyes to melt your soul. I love it here!

This is a cute little place to visit in Kit Carson Park. The mosaics are bright and beautiful. This would be a fun place for children to run around in. The circle is in an area where you can hike and it was a good little place to visit. Check the hours before going. Te circle is only open a few times a week.
