Home Sweet Home...My Photography playground for at least 15 years. The beach is popular with surfers, great views.  In order to get to the beach you need to go down a very steep hill.  You can pay for parking via credit card, it is limited to 3 hours, 1 dollar per hour. Park is a home for summer concerts. When there is a low tide you can go for a walk along the beach and connect to Strands Beach. There is a cafe next to the ocean where you can buy some snacks and drinks

I love this beach.

Before you go down to the beach there is an enormous grassy park area that overlooks a white sandy stretch of the beach.

Here are the things I like about Salt Creek Beach:

   Easy parking
   Beautiful grassy area
   Stunning ocean views
   Snack shop
   Restrooms
   Showers
   Lifeguards in the summerA $1.00 golf cart ride to go up the hill

What I wish was different:

This is a nice place to go for some beach walking. There is a big lawn where you can relax. Parking is nearby and affordable.

Fun. long walkway above the strand and good exercise climbing to top of incline to see vistas from Ritz Carlton. Clean.
