Staff greeted us warmly, took our order attentively, gave us food as ordered. Fries were cold, thus the 4 stars. The condiment bar was clean and well stocked. Hand sanitizer was readily available. Food was good; although if fish pieces get any smaller we're going to have to rename them fish fries. Store was clean considering the crowd. One of our favorite Capt Ds.

Everything is good except I have gotten bad coleslaw  last week that was soured  and gone bad and this week it was on the verge of it. This is very bad for me as I have a compromised immune  system. I know times are hard , but there’s no excuse for serving old food! I did not report it last week, but I will try and call tomorrow if I can remember. It is always after closing by the time I eat my plate, so I haven’t been able to notify them.  Dietary restrictions: Not much of a gluten-free recipe menu. They dropped the salad from the menu and all you have left is coleslaw and corn. However their grilled  fish is always excellent.

Every time I come to Captain D they have my order ready for me within minutes of arrival. Unlike some of the other fast food restaurants, they seem to have a good working crew.Food: 5/5

Good Food..Prices have increased quite a bit like everywhere else. Ordered at drive thru..Pleasant attitude and Got the order right. Will be back...Food: 4/5

Great place to eat, as long as you are not in a hurry, drive thru is slow as molasses in the winter time....Food: 5/5

Want a break from burgers....here is your chance.  This restaurant serves great seafood and sides on proper plates and silverware.  Our meals With drinks cost between $6-7 dollars each with some readily available coupons, and was well prepared without “over breading”, or the greasy taste which is sometimes an issue with seafood. Restaurant has a larger than usual seating area and nicely decorated.  Service was fast.  Need a Berger break....give this restaurant a try.

My food order was correct and hot. There wasn't a huge wait to order nor to receive my food. Overall the whole restaurant was clean including the restroom. The staff was pleasant.

I had a great experience... Was a Friday night extremely busy so went inside for order to go ... Everyone was working together also mgrs going through bags to make sure everything was in them .... Ten stars for themFood: 5/5

Update10/17/22: Customer service hasn't been good the last couple of visits. Very snippy and rude. Food has not been good at all. Shrimp cooked in old grease and cooked to a crisp.  Went here yesterday, the fish was fried perfectly with a nice golden crust with hotness steaming throughout. The fries and hushpuppies were also perfect. Also kudos for the great sweet tea. Customer service was top notch! Friendly and quick. Keep up the great work. And I have to say, best Captain D's location I've been too.

I always have a great experience here. The customer service is always good. Even though it's classified as a fast food restaurant it's really not extremely fast but the food is always worth the wait. Even though they don't have to wait on you they do offer to fill your drinks when you dine in and they also offer free hush puppies occasionally
