Went in and ordered a larger plate, first thing I noticed was the lack of selection the next thing I noticed is they were not asking me what I wanted but did the two separate customers behind me. So I asked her aren't you going to serve me? She just looked at me with a surprised look on her face, this is where you say oh I'm sorry what can I get you.Nope just stared same surprised look on her face I left went home and called and asked to speak to the manager I was told he was not available so here I am bringing down your Star count I won't be back. Food is outstanding and costumer service is perfect. I’ve been going to this Panda Express for about 5 years now and I’ve NEVER received any attitude or bad costumer service whatsoever. HIGHLY recommend!

You might get a stomach bug. Watch out for the crab rangoons. Crab rangoon fell on the countertop but cashier still puts it into paper bag. That was the second time all the rangoons fell. The first batch fell to the floor and she did throw them away, but second time she grabbed a new batch they fell again but on the countertop. I didn’t want to take chances so I declined the rangoons but she puts them back into the viewing tray for the next unlucky person with not a care in the world. Disgusting and clumsy.

My daughter and i love to come here when ever we are around. They give good service and the place is always clean. We enjoy the food.

They had me wait 12 minutes so they can get some teriyaki out finally and by the time it was out and I was home I realized they never gave me my third entree I PAID FOR. I call them and nobody answers. Poor service for sure
