The incompetence of the delivery driver to deliver my food to apartment 55 instead of 65 is unacceptable. The store did not have the decency to call me and say the driver was wrong and delivered to the wrong address and now I jave kids here hungry almost 2 hours later and they only will give me $10 off my order. This is unacceptable and someone needs to make this right. For someone to get a free order that wrongfully took food they did not pay for and then give the correct customer $10 is unacceptable. The store manager just laughed and said mistakes happen. No the driver was probably friends with that apartment and wanted to give them the friend discount.

If i could give this location less than 1 star I would. I ordered a pizza yesterday which took two hours to get to me and one phone call with an extremely rude manager all due to a misunderstanding which I would have been more forgiving. I had asked that they call instead of knocking as I had naps being taken and a very large german shepherd who barks a lot. They had an old number on file that i had disconnected a while ago but I provided them with a good working number twice during my online order to which if they had looked or tried they would of seen not too hig of a deal but then when I called I got someone who was as easy to deal with as an irs agent and never once did she offer to bring the pizza back or say sorry for any wrong doing on their end. I could tell by her interaction that she was annoyed and that she thought i was ruining her day. I asked her to bring my pizza back and she then with a huff said shed have it remade and sent out and then i waited anither hour for it to arrive. I felt bad for the driver having to come all the way back so i gave her a pretty large tip. An hour after eating the pizza both me and my boyfriend started having stomach pains and I have been in my bathroom all morning sick as a dog from their pizza I dont know if i got a bad ingrediant or they put soap in my pizza cos they were mad but i am never going to do business with pizza hut ever again. Ill go to dominos from now on at least their online tracker works.

Waited for help, 3 workers standing around. No one asked to take order walked out. Lousy service..

Honestly. . . . pizza is good. Smokey waiting room. . . . And employees with bad attitude... No so good! ! 3 stars for good Hawaiian pizza.... If they had friendly staff. Would change it to 5. . I could live with smookey/dirty place.

Call the head for my order and everything was ready on time. Friendly service and a quick check out. :-)
