The staff here is always friendly. I've never had a meal I didn't lime either. The restaurant is always clean and I love that there's a couple vegetarian options! Having the peanuts to munch while waiting on your food is great. Lots of drinks options and amazing shakes! Their grilled cheese with bacon is my personal favorite but their hot dogs and burgers are amazing too!

Took my girlfriends mother there for Mothers day. We sat outside chatting looming forward to a good evening outside while we ate. It took along time to get our food and when it was done the gentlemen working kept calling over the speaker phone inside. I used to work for Five Guys in Gainesville, FL as my first job when I was 18 yrs old. We took food to the costumer. It was very rude. We was the only costumers there too. Lol I doubt I go there for another special evening like that again.

Just moved to Salem and this was the 2nd time I've been to Five Guys. I enjoyed it this time more then the 1st, and its probably my new burger spot.

Yummy 😋. The burgers were very tasty. Ooooh and the fries too. I could have used a second lrg fry. Fight my dinner parter for the ones in the bag. Delicious.

Love this place. Best burgers ever. Fries were a little salty this time though! Usually a 5- star, but not today.
