I've had issues with this restaurant in past visits; the emailed coupon didn't match the "correct" gourmet burger ordered, even though there was no specific burger mentioned on coupon, the wait staff messed up on orders, neglected my table, etc. This last visit was good. The waitress was playful with my child, got our order correct, and was attentive to our table. It was a very pleasant meal.

Great food, great atmosphere. Just really didn't like the fact requested food later so could enjoy appetizers and drinks first but hey guess she didn't get that part. They could have controlled the ones next to us public intoxication allowed? Tried for it not to put a damper on our day

Took my son to Red Robin for his birthday burger the place was kind of busy and at the wait was pretty long. The place is very clean and inviting. The waitress was very nice and kind and apologetic for the wait the food came pretty quick and it was good. But when it came time for them to sing Happy Birthday to my son which he was looking forward to there wasn't enough staff that was available to come sing to him so it just was his mother myself in the waitress that sing Happy Birthday. He was very disappointed which why I gave it only three stars.

Came into this diner for dinner with my hubby and baby. However my order was messed up waitress fixed it once but it still wasnt correct. Called guest relations several times to get the run around was promised a credit on my account. When I came back in to eat it there was no credit on my account. I contacted guest services again who advised me to speak to the manager "Judy" who was rude and rushed me off the phone with no regard to a resolution telling me to contact guest services again. Fyi "Judy is the one who promised me this 20$ credit. My thought is if a restaurant screws up your food take ownership and fix it. The burgers and fries are hardly worth the money you pay. Just go to five guys for a better experience.

The food as usual was great. However, the service was horrific. We arrived here after the lunch rush at 2pm. It took us 20 minutes to order our food after we were sat and received our beverages. Then on several occasions we ran out of ice tea. We had to wait and waive down the staff for help. All this time there were 5 employees standing at the end of the bar laughing and talking. These employees were standing there for the entire time we were there, 1.5 hours. other employees would come and interact with them and then leave. 1 of the employees looked as if they were the manager. Yes we asked this group for help. They would acknowledge us and then come over 15 minutes later. This is the second time we have had the same type of service. So if you are willing to wait at your table for long periods of time, but want good food. This is the place to go. My family though, will not give them a third chance to fix the problem.
