I try to come in for happy hour, after school, for my kids snack after school. Never again! You have got the last $ I will give any taco bell. Angelica A. Didn't listen to our order at all...beefy quesadillas doesn't sound like chicken, argued with us that you don't sell spicy nachos...which you do. When are you going to have all slush flavors, oh probably now that I am not going to taco hell anymore. As for the grill part, they were fast and made what was not ordered but on the receipt, hence the 2 *

I would give them no stars if I could. I am a shift lead at another taco bell. I went to the Salem, Oregon taco bell on Lancaster at 2pm and the lobby doors were locked and a sign said "sorry closed". There were customers inside so one saw me and opened the doors. A girl at drive thru told one of the workers and he came and told me and other people that followed me in that the lobby was closed and we need to use the drive thru line that was so long. I know they might have been short handed but they should not do that. Our store has worked with 4 people during the lunch rush and used the time on the screen to make up our minds whose order goes out and when. They need to be trained better.

Every time I come here to dine in later on in the evening around 7:00 p.m. the doors are always locked the posted signs are until 9 or 10:00 p.m. and are forced to go through the drive-through which takes about 30 minutes per vehicle just to get their order .

The current time is 7:39 p.m. and the lady is mopping the floors while looking at me as I was attempting to open the front doors what is going on why have posted timelines if you're not gonna have the dining Room open for guests who would like to sit and eat their food. This is my go to spot any time I'm hungry I wanna grab a cravings deal and I gotta be forced to sit and a 45 minute line just to get food talk about fast food right?

Walked all the way there from the other side of Lancaster and went In at 950pm with customers still inside and told me they closed the til but the doors were not locked! Never go there again!!!
