Not good. Overcooked and tough shrimp, vegetables, noodles. Couldn't finish my food. My arms stuck to the dirty tables. Rangoons were tasteless congealed cream cheese with bits of dark brown green onion slices. The side of red sweet & sour sauce for the rangoons was rancid and bitter. It was a waste of time, money, and patience. I regret all of this visit to patronize this business.

Everything was ok except for the lo mien. The noodles were hard and dried out as well as the cabbage.

Skip this horror show. We generally have a decent experience with Panda Express. The food is ok, the service is ok. But today, 7/29/2016, at 1:45 pm at the Panda Express at the Dekalb Oasis my wife was "served" by a blonde white woman and hispanic women. I use "served" in quotes because there was anything but service. My wife was FIRST in line to be served. The women working ignored her and went to the next male in line to be served. Ok, it happens. Then it happened again. And again. Three times my wife was ignored, even though she was next to be served. It was so bad, even the people standing in line noticed, and the next guy said "I'm so sorry, if it happens again I will try to get them to help you". My wife gave up and we went to McDonalds instead. As a result of this 20 minute delay, we got caught in a torrential rain pour, got soaked, and it also made us late to our children's STEM presentation at Northern Illinois University, just 3 miles away. I have never seen service this bad or disrespectful, and I have served on the board of directors of a local chamber of commerce.

Food is good But whatch when they handle the food they go from handling money to handling food with no gloves or washing their hands Even the manager does it no wonder the rest of the employees doit too
