Good food and great employees who put up with a party of 30+ at once

If you like only olives and sausage, barely any at that, on your pizza this place is for you. The buffet is small, has no choices, and is never restocked. If you like pasta, order it. Waited 30 minutes and was never replenished at the buffet. The bread sticks are cold and hard and are never replaced. Awful, waste of money. Server was nice. If I could give 0 stars I would. It wasn't even 1/3 capacity at lunch when I attended and they still couldn't keep the buffet full. STAY AWAY. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

I am not able to give any lower rating than 1 star Here goes my terrible experience ever with pizza hut: I ordered a two toppings large pizza for pickup and it was paid and picked up by my friend. Once we opened our pizza box after reaching home,they got all the toppings wrong.So, I called the store about the mistake but they kept arguing with me for 5 mnts saying that they still got my order and I should pay for the pizza at the store and pick it up if I want it after waiting for another 20 mnts(by this time my friend left for his class). I started explaining that in my pizza hut confirmation email, the order was different to what I received. Then the other guy gave the phone to manager(I guess) who argued the same until I tried to talk some sense into him.I said that I can forward images of both receipt and email to them if they want to have a look at them.Then he said that customers can't challenge internet orders and all the systems in their store are down(Lol!!!). Finally after arguing for 10 mnts he raised his voice and was shouting "Hey!Hey!Hey!Hey!" and asked for my phone number.Then he realized his mistake and said that my friend picked up the wrong order by giving wrong guy name . I offered to call my friend who left for his class and then the manager finally accepted his mistake casually saying that he can credit my amount back or I need to come all the way to store after another waiting for another 20 mnts.I said that my friend left to class in his car and I can't come all the way to the store with out any vehicle,since it was their mistake I want a free a delivery.He said that he can deliver it after 1 hour since they are busy with their orders.I tried to explain to him that I have a class in 40 mnts and I would really appreciate if he could deliver it quick.He said that he can't make it any quick and someone must be at home to pick it up.Finally I had to skip my class and wait for another 45 mnts( the total waiting time was 1:30 hrs,the pizza was delivered in 45 mnts ).The manager didn't even apologize for his mistake and I am not saying that Customer is always right and I realize mistakes are made by everyone,but at least the staff can try to be polite when it is their mistake (The staff was really rude).I just hope that they can improve their service
