Food is delicious! However, we waited about 3 minutes at the front counter before we even saw an employee. We were just about to leave before one came from the back and took our order. Then, my friend ordered a chicken sandwich and got a chicken wrap. Halfway through our meal, what appeared to be the owner, came in and asked if we were enjoying our meal. It is apparent this place has good food and good customer service, minus this one employee. I would come back, as long as this particular employee isn’t working.

Ordered my food (Wednesday night) through Eat Street, and said I’d have to wait up to an hour. Waited an over hour only to realize they had closed, and they failed to notify me. I don’t know why I even decided to order from The Huddle since their service has definitely been lacking (ex. 1 single onion that I’ve gotten on the Texan burger), and it’s pretty overpriced for the quality. So I as you could assume I was angry because I ordered BEFORE they closed, and they were so lazy and eager to go home that they couldn’t even call me to say it wouldn’t be coming. I work in food service so I know it can be annoying dealing with customers before close, but at least call me so I don’t get my hopes up! ALSO I thought I would get my food, because they charged me $16 for it!!! Tried to call them the next day and I get a busy tone!!! It’s now Friday and I’ve yet to get a refund. The Huddle’s service is utterly lazy, and apparently they steal from their customers too and don’t care to call them to make it right (even though they have a record of me ordering & paying).  I usually never leave reviews, but I’m hoping they see this so maybe they can get their act together. But in the meantime, I doubt they’ll ever get my business again.

I had the Italian and my friend had the hi-5. The burgers were both pretty good. My Italian was delicious, however the olive tapanade is really just chopped olives, and my friend loved her hi-5. The fries were nice and crispy and the service was friendly albeit a bit slow.

Food here is always amazing, during lunch hour the place is pretty packed. Owner is always nice, as are the staff. Recommend the Hi-5 Burger Combo with Fries.  They deliver! Located within a stone throw of the campus.
