I always enjoy going to this potbelly. The big guy I think his name is Vince very polite very pleasant. Complimenting his coworker and explaining to me what would go best on my sandwich. Great job potbelly. I always enjoy this potbelly especially when Vince is working

The guy with the big gage holes in his ears, I believe the other employees called him Vince, ruined any chance of me or my girlfriend coming back to Potbelly's. Dude was complaining up a storm about everything he had to do, like heaven for bid he had to make a sandwich. Complained about the other employees and his boss in front of customers. Like dropping cuss words. Super Professional right?!? Didn't wash his hands when he came out of the back to make food. Rolled his eyes when I asked for Avocado on my sandwich. Then basically checked out my girlfriend like she was a piece of meat. I wont be ever coming back to this place, ill spend my money elsewhere. Thanks Vince for being a real POS

Delicious sandwiches! Managed professionally, A+ customer service, and clean. This place is always packed around lunchtime (because it is so good).

Was kinda upset while I waited for a cold toasted sub. Watched the manager in the back doing nothing while the employee up front was trying his best to handle a few customers. Lazy managers make for upset customers. I watched my 'warm' sub sot for about 8 minutes because the manager didn't want to come help.
