It was an awful experience! I was robbed. I bought a used laptop from them which has a spec of 1TB hard disk as they claim. Two days later I tried to run new operating system but only to realize that the hard disk is only 250 GB. I went back to them to have the issue resolved amicably but it turned into something different. They were not kind to me at all insisting that I have tempered with the OS and so the 30 day warranty given to me is null and void, can you imagine? The one attending to me just walked over me because he was not ready to listen to anything. Is that how to treat customers? I am highly disappointed!

Service was great ! So nice. The shop looks so clean and well kept. Definitely recommend. They have literally everything !

I would like to say this is one of the best pawn shops to go to in the Greensboro, NC area. They really helped me during a time I needed money and I didn't have any other choice but to pawn my items for cash! Delma Woodson was very nice and she was fair about pricing for my merchandise! Don't hesitate to use them for your pawnshop needs as well as shopping for reasonable priced items! I'm a happy customer!  Thank you!

The staff at National pawn are so pleasant. Prices can not be beat. Quality products. Will return over and over for more treasures. :)
