There was not a long wait, they took my order quickly and the food was very good. Unless you want to sit outside for lunch, you may want to show up before 11:30 for lunch. Dining room gets full quickly and people are not in a great big hurry to leave once they have their table. They do bring your food to the table so you will not have to leave your spot to collect your order. Enjoy!!!

Had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location! Went in before work, so I expected to be busy. They had 3 people at the registers, 2 of which were preparing a large order of bagels. The 3rd cashier literally had her back facing the line of people ready to order! When I placed my order, the cashier got my name, so they could call it. Seems my order dropped from the order queue, which isn't a big deal, things happen. But, when I asked the manager who was calling out orders, could he check on mine, being I was standing in line over 15 minutes! His entire demeanor was as apathetic as the cashier's! i politely told the manager about lack of service to begin with, and I had to leave to get to work on time. Seems like the entire staff had the same oblivious looks when asked questions, or given a directive! Simply put, incompetence!

Use to be my favorite place to get a good fresh meal. Unfortunately the food and service has gone down hill.  The bakery items are not fresh or they don't have what you request because they ran out. I went there last night and after telling the order taker 3 times I didn't want bread ,,,, guess what,,, I got bread. Ordered a blueberry muffin ,,, didn't have any. Got broccoli cheddar soup,,,, it was watered down. Disappointed!
2 large group soups and half a salad and it's only $40 bucks. What a fantastic deal,,,,,,, NOT.
          Second visit:  7:05pm Wed. One step inside door and standing in a line. One person taking orders. How does management allow 8-10 people to stand in line waiting?  No cherry pastries. No blueberry muffins. No coffee cake. As expensive as it is, they shouldn't ever run out.
The soup is NOT made fresh on location but made some where else and delivered days later. That's why it so expensive.

I do not think this establishment deserves 1 star , it actually deserves 0 stars I placed my order at 1:25 pm , a simple order : 1 cookie , vegan broth bowl, ice tea . The restaurant was busy , the staff was working . All employees were working , however my to go order never came . At 1:45 after I had checked 3 time yes 3 times on my broth bowl it was not ready. Over 10 people including bigger orders that came after me received their orders and left. I still waited patiently . At 1:45 I asked one older lady who was assisting the orders with the names as they came up . She informed me I could get a refund from the register after I explained I needed to leave to get back to work. I went to the register and the check out girl was great she was the same who I placed my order with . She was surprised I didn’t have my order yet . Another mgr went to see about my order , then came back and said she would refund me the bowl . Yes the bowl , the drink and cookie I had was still charged for . There was no explanation or any additional soups even offered in its place . The line who was preparing the food DID see me standing there for over 20 min and did not make any effort to ask me what I was waiting for .i left for work with NO lunch and no time to get anything else .  Worst customer service and I will drive to Greenville for now on .

The food (and area) make you feel very clean. And then there is the desserts. Mmmmmmmm. Cinnamon Crunch bagel will always be a favorite but the Triple Chocolate Walnut cookie embraced my soul and called me friend.
