I have frequented this zaxbys since it took over this building and used to love it. Over the recent years it has gone downhill in terms of management. I am conflicted on how many stars to give as my food is almost always correct. But the wait times are insane. You sit in the drive through for an hour. Tonight I got my salad and the chicken wasn't cut nor the veggies. The salad was tossed in the bag sideways. Not a big deal but that adding to the fact that I'd waited 30 minutes for it is frustrating.

As of yesterday, my rating went from 2 to 3. The wait wasn't as long. The quality of the food was better and cooked fresh. The order for my family was right. No mistakes! Maybe things are looking up.

I'm pretty hard on places you eat and this won't be the exception. The wait was a bit long because they were slammed, however, my order was correct and the food was cooked well and had proper portions. See my other reviews for comparing and contrasting and as always I wasn't paid for this review and I'm not a bot.

Admittedly I don't go there often.. The service was slow and poor, the food was served cold, the place was dirty, the tables were sticky.  It looked like Someone got sick on the floor and it took over 45 minutes before they cleaned it up.

How can Fast Food workers ask for a $15 minimum wage and not even get orders right??? I just came from there. I bought the buffalo wing meal. They have little to no sauce, I asked for Blue Cheese and got Ranch.  ...I also asked for no bread or fries, now, I do have self control but it always works better if the temptation is not there. Sorry but if you cant get orders right, you don't deserve a raise. I can overlook 1 mistake but this is 3 in one order. Not to mention the other times I come there and it never fails, at least 1 thing is messed up! Do your job right the first time people!!
