Pete's of Simpsonville is a lesser-known but great place to eat. Personally I think they have the best wings in town I have cravings for them all the time. Honey barbecue and their hot wings are delicious. I do not think the wings are on the menu of the website I also suggest that you call ahead of time 30 minutes in advance so you can pick your food up when you get there. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has doubts. This is a place many locals like to go. It is kind of hard to see from the street it took me 11 years to even notice it I am very glad that I did. The wings seem pricey but they are some of the biggest Wings I've have been served. When you get the meal it comes with fries and bread and coleslaw but does not come with a drink for some reason. If they were to add a drink along with their meal I wouldn't have a single problem with this place. Even though the staff seems to be younger they do treat you with respect. The way they package their food for to-go orders is perfect by stapling it and keeping the heat in so by the time you get home it is perfect to eat.

I've dined here twice having the hamburger plate with fries, onion rings, cole slaw, and soft drink both times. Service is good. The people who work here are well trained. The hamburger is good, as are the french fries, and the onion rings are excellent. Slaw portion is very small, but normal for hamburger restaurants like this in the area. The price is a little steep, being near $10.00, but again, the "family" of hamburger places like this are all priced the same. But what you get is predictable food quality and competent service. Pete's, Petee's, Carolina Fine Foods, A&P and others have similar menus, food similarly prepared, well trained staff, excellent drive through windows providing meals in sealed styrofoam trays without making errors in your order, and similar pricing. All of these places have awesome onion rings. I would give this location 5 Stars but their portion of onions rings is smaller than others. I love the onion rings.

Best seat in the house: by the aquarium. Big menu, great chilli dogs, burgers, patty melts and onion rings.  The staff is genuinely warm and welcoming, fast service.

The chicken tender salad is on point! It's huge and it comes with a boiled egg and it's not insanely priced. I believe bite Squad delivers from this location.
