Items missing and wrong.. what they did get right item wise the quality was just awful.. did someone really look at this bagel and thought yeah this is fine? Called and spoke with manager and he was easy to work with and put in for a refund.. I'm normally not a caller but this was just too wrong to not bring to someone's attention. 3 star instead of 1 only because manager was easy to work with and get things fixed.
The cashier was friendly, the rest of the staff too busy to be friendly. But the reason for 1 star is in the pic. This is PATHETIC for a $10 sandwich. I can get better quality than this from a gas station refrigerator. My combo for this, a bowl of soup canned soup quality, and coffee ok this was pretty good but also overpriced was just under $20. Outrageous. Now I remember why I stopped going to Panera, and I won't be returning.
tummy tummies at panera perfect day for autumn squash soup best autumn soup ever and there Buffalo grilled sandwich was bursting with explosive flavoring mouthwatering to the last bite perfect perfect thing to eat while playing Zelda breath of the wild on the switch day full of warmfulness this is the best meal ever panera bread and there pizza tastes so good Vegetarian options: love there Buffalo pizza options
There wasn’t much egg on my sandwich, but the chicken and amount of avocado made up for it, as well as them following my modifications and not putting cilantro on my sandwich. The iced cinnamon crunch latte was wonderful, just enough sweetness with the espresso; a good fall drink. This cafe is much better than the Woodhaven location, cleaner, I can count on my order being correct and much friendlier staff.
Just ordered a drink and it took about 10 min. The young lady made it as cashier rang it and I asked for hot not cold. The gal that made it offered to remake it but I declined as I wanted to get back on the road. I also wish I'd have known the cinnamon toast latte was not sweetened but I'll take that as my fault for not asking. This was my first trip in a long, long time.
The soup and coffee were good, and I appreciated having a warm place to wait as my son's flight was delayed. My only complaint was how filthy the tables and seats were. Almost all the tables and the floor had crumbs and needed cleaning. I took out a wipe to clean the table I wanted to use and black filth was on the wipe. It was pretty disgusting. It wasn't very busy, so I don't understand why the staff wasn't doing some cleaning. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is.
They were severely understaffed, not like any other experience we've had at any Panera Bread! The food was still up to par, but it took way too long to be ready. We had to clean off our own table plus when we were finished it was like playing Jenga trying to stack up the dirty dishes without them all falling down. We're going to say it's a one-off they could have had sick calls or no shows which is common everywhere so we will DEFINITELY give them another shot as like we mentioned the food was good.
Broccoli cheddar’s hours, amazing with the baguette! Fast and friendly at the drive-through as always.
Something I have to continue to learn, Panera is not the best place for value play. Half a sandwich and small salad will cost you 11 dollars. However, if you compare it to good restaurants, that's not as bad. This being said, service was kind, food was great! And had a pleasant experience.
I pulled into the drive thru today at about 9:45 am. I was relieved because there were no cars at all. I ordered a single breakfast sandwich. When I got to the window I was greeted if you can call it that by a robotic individual who seemed annoyed that there was one car in her drive thru. Like the rest of America, I’m used to bad drive thru service, unless at a Chick-fil-A, so it didn’t really bother me. I was just hungry. I observed that they had a lot of staff so I thought I’d be out of there in no time. After waiting about 10 minutes again I was the only person in the line I finally knocked on the window and asked for a refund. The robotic individual did what robots do and didn’t ask any questions at all. She went and got her manager who then processed the refund without speaking to me at all and then tried to hand me my card and receipt without saying a word. Frustrated but still remaining calm, I tried to ask him a few questions and express my frustration which ultimately resulted in him closing the window and walking away… I couldn’t believe it but I drove across the street to Starbucks and got in the drive thru line. Although there were 6 cars in front of me, I was there for maybe 3-4 minutes.
