There is a difference between cold brew and iced coffee. You can taste it and even the texture is different. So why is it ok for this place and a few others to use ice coffee instead of cold brew? I have had several cold brews that 100% was iced coffee. I've even been handed what was supposed to be cold brew WARM ice was 80% melted coffee. What about the amount of cream and cold foam on these things? Had them where you can't even taste coffee I've spent way to much money and wasted it on you guys! No more TIM Hortons from now on I would not recommend them to anyone in the area
Very long line here. I have to say. These employees get the line moving pretty fast. Very nice service at the window. I would like to thank all the employees. For Great service!!

Fast and efficient, the staff has awesome customer service. I won’t go to any other Tim Hortons aside from this one. Great job at holding customer service while others are losing it.
While you may see the line out to the street, it goes fairly quick. Usually whoever is on the speaker is quick and efficient while also clarifying what you ordered. At the window they are always personable and sweet!

Very great place to eat in or drive through for hot fresh coffee or food. Nice polite workers always smile and many come here but the lines go fast. Probably the most busiest. Taylor. Ecorse rd
