Service was amazing here. I was greeted as soon as I entered. My first time ever coming here and trying it out I ordered the Philly cheese steak on white bread with a small order of fries which are handcut homemade and amazing and a drink to was it down. My order was ready within 5 minutes. The bathrooms were very very clean and nice. The food was amazing steak was seasoned excellent and cooked to perfection the banana peppers and onions were awesome and the bread they used is so good!!! 5 experience highly recommend definitely will be back and bringing my family so they can try it too!!
My first time here and I will definitely be back! We ordered the steak and cheese, fantastic! The staff was super friendly, attentive, they even laughed at my stupid mom jokes... When we finished the counter girl asked about our meal and I was so excited to tell her how much I liked it, I am usually more picky than a toddler... 10 out of 10 recommend!
The attitude is real. I stop by here while I am in town for business which is regularly at least once a month. It’s before closing there is no open sign on and they have the lights dimmed. you get attitude for just being present in the store. If you hate your job get a new one. I’ll have to decide if I’m willing to spend my companies money at your store. Editing my review: I got to my hotel and my sandwich was literally onions and lettuce nothing else on it nothing else I ordered. Thanks cause I hadn’t eaten all day it would have been fabulous to have better food and better service.
Lesson learned always check your food before driving home to try and enjoy a meal And then the only solution is to drive back so they can "try" again, sorry not worth it in my book! There has to be a better way to fix mistakes why does it become MY problem that you made my food wrong. 2 stars for the decent attitudes Definitely lost any future business or recommendations from me
First time trying them tonight. Excellent. I got a steak wrap. It was great. Fresh cut fries were really good too. Staff was all super friendly. I’ll be back.
The fact that managers from the Penn station in Taylor on eureka road are not for good customer service regardless of where u order from whether it’s door dash a pick up or dine in a manager should give good customer service I’ve been in customer service over 25 yrs an I have to say this manager is the worse especially when I was assured my sandwich would be remade if I brought it back in from an employee an even tho she gave me the wrong information the MANAGER STILL SHOULD HAVE HONORED IT BUT SHE DIDNT. I will never go back to this pen station go out to the suburbs where my money is appreciated
Their bread is so so good. Just an overall quality meal I got the grilled Italian. Bread was crispy but soft and not chewy at all. Just so delicious.
Great subs and staff was friendly. It's a little more pricey than some other sub shops but well worth it for the flavor. Their bread and fries are fantastic! You want your sandwich grilled!!! Not sure why they even decided to offer them cold now. I've had over half the sandwiches on the menu and never anything bad however some are better than others.
Excellent grilled subs and very fast too, I highly recommend the chicken teriyaki and at least a medium fry, best fries I've ever had cooked in their peanut oil and add vinegar!Food: 5/5
Victoria the assistant manager has a bad attitude tried to blame my husband for a problem on their end and hung up on me before I could finish talking to them about how unprofessional their attitude was. She kept getting a horrible attitude about every little thing and rudely handed the bag to him.
