Awful service, okay food.  Took my wife there the day I proposed to her.  It was wonderful service and excellent food that day.  Our waitress was fantastic.  That is why we went back 2 more times, and both times were awful. The 2nd time we went we had a very rude waitress.  However the place was packed, she seemed to be the only one, and customers were getting angry.  After a very long wait....with a toddler....we decided to cancel our meals, pay for our drinks, and go.  Even though the service was awful we felt bad for the waitress and left her a big tip and hopes her night got better.  The 3rd and final time we just went, we had the same awful waitress.  We think maybe she is part owner (?).  She was NOT friendly, she rushed us to our table and actually demanded our drink order.  We had to remind her we were still sitting down.  The whole thing went like that.  She had to bring us silverware and then actually took the chopsticks off the table for all but my wife.  The food was okay but not great.  The server could be heard arguing again and again with the back of the house.  The last time she checked on us it was to get us our last drink order.  Most servers work for tips and encourage customers to get more drinks and desert.  Not this lady.  She wanted us out the door asap. 
 Even though there were only 3 or 4 tables being served she only checked on us twice and was rude each time.  I had to go and find her to get the check and to go containers.  Never again....

My wife and I came to try Osaka on a whim for the first time, having never been to a restaurant like this before. Every. Single. Part of our meal was delicious. From the soup and salad, the California roll, and the entrees (tempura chicken and new York teriyaki steak), we were in love with each bite. The server was so nice and informative, and the atmosphere really made us feel like we had stepped across the world to try new food tonight. Top notch, seriously give this a try! Will be back!!

Tempura was perfect! The soup and salad were also great. If you are American make sure to ask for hot tea, otherwise it comes iced. Lunch specials are not available Sunday. Worth coming back to try everything. The atmosphere is calm and the music was not western. The music was definitely calming and interesting.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Godzilla & Pikachu are my FAVORITE but all the food I've had there is delicious! The staff is always friendly :)

The service was very quick and the food was of amazing quality! Everything they brought out was timely, fresh and quite delicious! I definitely recommend Osaka!
