Don't listen to the haters folks. It's an IHOP. It's good food, our service was very good. Had a nice visit with an old friend at a nice venue. These kids are working hard to get the service moving better. I'll definitely add this to my weekly haunts.

We went around 11am on a Saturday and anticipated having to wait for a table. It took about 30 minutes to be seated. Once seated, it took about 20 minutes just for a server to get our drinks and take our order. We ended up waiting another hour to get our food. The service was slow and the food wasn't anything special. The part that made me upset was that my menu was covered in maple syrup. Each page was stuck to each other. I mentioned this to the waitress when I gave her back the menu after ordering and watched her go and put that same menu back in circulation at the hostess stand without cleaning it or mentioning to the hostess to clean it. The was pretty disgusting. They need to have better standards for service and cleanliness. Being busy is no excuse.

Waited a long time for takeout. And goodness cold already. Hostess was attentive but obviously not trained well enough for a rush. I think with more training this IHOP could have potential!!

On Sunday they are so busy. Food was great. Not very hot when it got to me. Took about 1 hour to get seated and food to me. So not really bad.

The reason I gave this place a one star review was because of the quality of the food and the service. Let's start with the service. When my family and I came in (3 people total) we came in first before many people. We were supposed to be seated first, but then the greeter at the front didn't write down our name for a table so then 3 groups of people ended up getting a table before us. That's just the service part. The quality of the food was horrible. I ordered the Breakfast Sampler, it can with 2 sausages, 2 small pieces of ham, eggs, and pancakes and hash browns. The pancakes were undercooked and soggy, not only that, the hash brown were soggy, mushy, and not even crispy! When we ordered the mixed fruit they were soft and mushy too. With all of these bad things in mind that's why I decided to give this restaurant an one star review.
