Great place to have a meal and hang out for a while and chat.   Panera has probably one of the best rewards programs around - i am constantly earning free coffees or $2 off pick 2 or free desserts.   I have found the staff at this location to be especially friendly - whether its taking your order or delivering the meal to your table after using the pager system.   Food is wholesome, kinda has a homemade feel to it - makes me feel a little less guilty to be eating out.    The calories are now posted on the menu which is great.   I'm a big fan.

I decided to try this place after it was recommended by a work colleague. They get very busy at times and wait times are long. My order was not received as I specified, nor was it as described on the menu. For the price, I expected better. The service was not very friendly either - the person who took my order acted like they were doing me a favour with a constant scowl on their face.

Food is decent, I mainly come because the location is convenient and I usually love Panera salads. With that said, every time I come to this particular location they seem to have ran out of something (i.e., cheese and/or croutons for french onion soup, watermelon for my watermelon salad, apple for the fuji apple salad, baguettes as sides). It's also frustrating because they seem to like telling you that they've ran out of something as they're assembling the food, when I've already paid at which point I don't want to go through the trouble of picking another salad or refunding. This has been ongoing for at least 6 months, whoever is doing the inventory at this location needs to be fired.

Friendly staff, great location, fresh food, freshly brew coffee. Cozy environment. A little pricy, their freshness of food compensate it. 4.5 out of 5 is about right.

The staff was rude, I felt totally rushed.  When I received my order both sandwiches had a few pieces of chicken which was frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone.  Absolutely horrible!!!! Way overpriced!
