My hole family likes Penn station. This location is usually not too busy. We always get fresh fries. It's pretty clean. The wall paper is peeling off the walls but hopefully they fix that soon. The workers are nice.

The last two times I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub for carryout from this place, I requested lettuce and tomato to be added - a VERY simple request.  Both times, they failed to do this.  I contacted management and they said there is nothing that can be done and refused to give me any sort of discount on my next order, unless I were to drive the sandwich back to them so they could inspect.  Terrible customer service!!!  Do not waste your money at this restaurant.  They don't care about customer satisfaction at all.

Great team at this location! My first experience with Penn Station wasn't this location and it was mediocre. The Manager here is totally on top of things and has a great attitude. Her team's morale is high and the overall tone is upbeat. :)
As for the sandwiches- 😍 This store creates art. They make me wanna be a fat kid. I always end up ordering like 4 sandwiches and try like a champ to finish them. Someday I will. 💪😉
