They must have been half staffed tonight. Took 13 minutes to get from speaker to pick up window. I ordered three meals and all three were wrong. The Grand Big Mac I ordered came as a regular Big Mac with no cheese and no special sauce. Both happy meals had other than what was ordered. As if I needed another reason not to go to McDonald's....

Need to bring back the large foam cups. Plastic makes the cokes taste flat and it isn't any healthier for the environment. Plastic still takes millions of years to break down completely, small pieces do break down in the ocean and harm the fish. So we might as well large foam cups so the cokes can taste good again!

Went through the drive thru and tried to order 2 milkshakes with the McDonald’s app. I was told that a milkshake is not a McCafe beverage. REALLY?? Look at the menu!! I think the lady was a manager! I have used that for milkshakes numerous times. I probably eat at this McDonald’s twice a week for lunch, well no more... I know they don’t care if they lose my business but if they don’t know that a milkshake is a McCafe beverage. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I hope the manager learns the menu....

They are quick and I haven't had to return a order yet. Friendly staff -always strive up a conversation with me when the line not backed up but if they don't have time they always say a quick- I hope you are doing well.

I used to eat McDonalds but not anymore.  Then I ate my own poop. Yeah I now eat my own poop when I want mcdonalds. Its better. But I only eat it a day after I eat Carl's Jr's.
