Spent $51.51 including $6.28 tip on pizza just to be disappointed and not receive items I was told was replaced with other items. I got home and found out the garlic sauce they was out of and was suppose to be replaced by ranch was no where to be found. So I wasn’t reimbursed nor did I receive my product paid for. Don’t ever order extra toppings because you won’t get it. I ordered a one topping epic stuff crust with bacon and paid for extra bacon. I had hardly any bacon on my pizza. My other pizza, which, was the same, but with two toppings and half jalapeño. That pizza had hardly any meat on it. So I paid extra for this and extra for that and did t receive any of it. Highly disappointed!! I will stick with buying frozen pizza.

Good pizza. I don't get it very often because the town I live in doesn't have one. I do like the tubs of garlic butter and peppers with the pizza. You can also order an extra large pizza which you don't get that at some of the competition. Personally I think their pizza is better than most of the big name pizza joints.

Very disappointed. Haven't eaten at a Papa John's in a few years back when Papa John was still CEO. Heard the chain had gone downhill bad but wanted something different for dinner and remembered always liking their pizza. Mistake. Employees looked pretty grimy. Not working all day at a hot oven grimy, but like haven't showered in several days and all your face piercings getting infected grimy. Pizza was overcooked, dried out, and cold. Taste was equivalent to a cheap frozen pizza. Chain should not have run Papa John off.

We ordered a pizza, wings and garlic knots at 10/7/22 at 7pm. By 8:45 pm we still had no pizza. We called and they said it was on the way. At 9:00pm still no pizza. We called back they said it was on the way. They showed up at 9:15. Everything was ice cold!! We didn't accept delivery!! This is totally unacceptable!!

I ordered a carryout pizza for a later pickup. I scheduled it for 5 knowing I had to run an errand anyway and I should be able to get there just before 5 so I could take a hot pizza home I live 15 minutes away. I got a notification at 4:36 that my pizza was out of the oven, so I rushed out the door and by the time I got home half an hour after it came out of the oven the pizza was barely room temperature.  I've run pizza ovens before. There is no reason to make a scheduled order half an hour early.

I normally would give this store a 5 stars but after tonight I'm seriously considering driving to other locations for my pizza. The pizzas were not cut all the way thru. When I came into to pay the employee was great but the manager that handed me my two pizzas and one side of wings was okay at first but when I asked for parmesan and red pepper the smile left his face immediately he handed me one pack of each. I said I'm feeding five people. He was rude grabbed four more of each and said " that should be enough..." well it was not.... and after my experience with a Manger who is rude and does not wear a hair net having long hair flying everywhere not properly secured no gloves while making my food. As I walked into him boxing them and he had none on. I will not be back to this location til I know he is not there.

I went on New Years Day. I ordered a carry out 3 topping pizza  for $8.99. They were swamped busy!!! Anyway I got my pizza drove home opened it and it wasn't mine that I ordered. So I called the manager apologized over and over he said he would re cook what I ordered and said they were working short handed and a super busy night which I could see that. So I went and got the right one that time. If anyone is looking for work RIGHT NOW you might go-to Papa John's on Kearney and talk to a manager.

Yet another pizza joint I won't be ordering from again. Had to translate my way through a OVERSEAS CALL CENTER, some Pakistani women who spoke barley understanable english, in order to place a delivery order from a pizza joint 3 miles away. Guess pizza hut is the only one left worth ordering from.Service: 1/5

I wish I would’ve looked at the pizza before I got home with it. I ordered extra pizza sauce & there was close to no sauce on the pizza. It didn’t look very appetizing to begin with so I put it in the oven on broil for a minute or two. It was so dry I couldn’t eat it.. The sauce is my favorite part. There also was no garlic sauce or pepper in the box. I just wasted my time & money on this one.

Cold pizza, hardly any sauce on the wings, forgot my 2 liter Pepsi, quality seal broken on both the pizza and wings. $48 order asked for napkins which didn't receive. 2 stars is pushing it but im not that negative of a person!
