Their customer service was terrible. I took a glance at one of the racks an employee was pulling around, and I apologized to her because I didn't know whether or not it was inconveniencing her. She literally didn't even say a word, and she just just smirked at me. Not once did any employee come up to me and ask if I needed help in finding anything. When I went up to the register to pay, I had to wait for a couple of minutes until somebody finally came up to ring me up. I saw two employees walking around who didn't even bother coming up to the register or let me know if anybody was going to come over and help me at all. Finally, another one of the employees came up to help me and I said hello, and she made a half ass smirk as well. Once again didn't say a word to me, nor did she ask me how everything went or if i found everything i needed to find. Literally the only words to come out of her mouth from the whole exchange was "Do you have an ID?" since i handed her my card. I have worked customer service as well, and I can understand if they had had a long day or something but there was absolutely no effort from them in trying to have some sort of positive customer service. I wasn't expecting some 5 star service from them, but a simple hello how was your visit would be appreciated. They acted really rude and pretty stuck up for 30 something year old women still working at cheap retail store in a rundown mall.

Love some of the clothes, However, a lot of the clothes aren't in great shape. The customer service sucks. They don't greet you as you enter, they don't help you find anything and they don't ask you If you need help. If I was the manager this wouldn't be happening in MY store!

Followed care instructions on blouse and washed after first use. Blouse shrunk significantly. Store assistant manager (Yamira)refused to make any offer of store credit first saying because I didn't have receipt and I said that I can get proof of purchase from credit card company then they said that they cannot do anything because the item was washed. Duh!! If it wasn't washed, how would it shrink? Very disappointed that they are not honoring the care instructions on the garment. Awaiting a call from the manager to see if any change. Will update accordingly.

Terrible customer service. Waiting in line while 6 employees talked about their personal life behind the register.
