This will be my second review, spanning over the course of almost one year at the gym. My first review and initial impressions were fantastic, extremely welcoming environment along with immediately and recognizably skilled coaching staff. This place never ceases to impress me,  I’ve met some really great people already and I’m slowly starting to feel like I’m a part of something. I can’t imagine ever leaving, I’m very proud to be apart of this gym.

Totally the best gym I've ever been to. The coaches are motivating and experts (having competed in MMA at the professional level). There isn't anywhere else you could go to get this level of training/support/motivation. You get what you pay for (and in this case way more!!!!)

To many good things to say about this place.. an excellent environment.. to coaches that all bring a wealth of experience to the students.. everyone is treated equal doesn't matter if you are young, or older this gym has the perfect mix.. and the mentality that everyone is there to help one another is why this is the place to be if you want to train!

I’ve been training here for almost two years now, and I would never think about going anywhere else. The coaches are all incredibly knowledgeable and are true experts in the MMA world. Whether you’re just simply looking to get into shape or go the distance and become a pro fighter... this is definitely the place to come to!

The best thing I ever did for myself was join this gym. Friendly environment, encouraging training partners and the coaches are the best in the business. I've come a long way in a year and a half and it is because of the positive influence Para Bellum has had on me. I would recommend this gym to anyone; female, male, young or seasoned. The coaches here make everyone feel at home. You should try it out!
