I've been working out consistently for about 10 years on and off. I was introduced to Brien and Dre through the chamber of commerce in Oakville. The dynamic training and routine of working with a trainer has helped me strengthen and work through plateaus that I was experiencing on my own. I already have recommended this gym to others and would continue to do so. The one-on-one approach is priceless for results!

I was referred to Brien by a colleague who knew I had been seeing an osteopath and not getting the results that I wanted. My fascial stretch therapy sessions not only addressed the initial issue, but have taught me so much more about maintaining by body and preventing future/chronic injuries. Super happy that I found Oakville Performance & Wellness! It is a beautiful facility and everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable - I would highly recommend them.

I have bilateral carpal tunnel that seemed to be only getting worse despite doing everything I could to reverse it (splints, physio, active release, stretching, rest). It got bad enough that surgery was recommended. Running out of options, I decided to give FST with Brien a shot after a referral from a friend. It took a few sessions, but amazingly and to my surprise, the carpal tunnel is being reversed! The improvement was so drastic that all nerve symptoms have completely disappeared and I am back to normal physical activities. Doctors have confirmed the improvement and surgery is now off the table, and I couldn't be more glad. Brien is clearly knowledgeable and experienced in the mechanics of the body, and takes pride in the clean professional facility that he runs. He knew exactly what needed to be done and what stretches and exercises I had to do that would work with my limitations, and they worked! What more could I ask?!

Excellent multidisciplinary team,working as one, delivering customized treatment options tailored to everyones needs. Flexible scheduling, including weekends , free parking ,clean facilities , state of the art equipment! Highly recommended!

A professional staff,clean facility, modern equipment and phenomenal FST provided by Brian and Dre, instantly aliviateing my lower back pain.... great place to get in shape in gradual and safe fashion. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
