I signed up for the free trial of semi-private personal training and loved it so much I stayed. I have really enjoyed my whole experience with the semi-private personal training, Alex is a phenomenal trainer - he ensures a proper workout with great warm-ups and stretching. He always was able to assist with ways to work on areas where you may be having pain or suggest alternatives if something was not working for you. Alicia is fantastic as well, she is always able to answer my emails within one day, and is very accommodating with allowing me to come on a different day if I had to miss my class for any reason. I noticed results very quickly, I felt stronger, healthier and more motivated. I cannot thank them enough! I highly recommend Conker Fitness to anyone looking for an awesome gym and trainers in the Oakville area!

A busy mom of two little kids, I knew I needed a disciplined (yet simple) approach to fitness. Thanks to Conker Fitness, I’m stronger, leaner and have reached my weight goal! The facility is top-notch with excellent personal trainers. I would recommend to anyone.

I have been training at Conker Fitness for several years now and love it. The owners and trainers are top-notch and truly care about their clients, their goals, and their success. Alicia keeps the workouts fun and she motivates me to keeps me going and to continually challenge myself.  I recommend Conker Fitness to anyone who is looking to get in shape and improve their overall health.

The gym has a great staff and facility with plenty equipment for everything you want to do. I played NCAA D I Hockey and am now a professional. This gym provided everything I needed for a great workout along with a welcoming atmosphere. I found the gym to be very functional for circuits, dynamic agility drills, and regular exercises. All the equipment was clean and well taken care of. It’s a gym I will definitely be heading back to.
