Consumer beware...DO NOT hire Rocky Mountain Exteriors they do not pay their sub contractors and you will find yourself with a lien on your property.  I hired them in the fall only to receive notice in January that a lien was being placed on my property because of a dispute between Rocky Mountain Exteriors and their sub contractor Diamond Roofing.  I paid for the work as per the contract and now the sub contractor Diamond Roofing is abusing the Idaho mechanics lien law to try to get what they want.  Instead of doing the right thing and settling their differences with their sub contractor, Rocky Mountain Exteriors is allowing their customers to be drug through the mud while this plays out in the courts and liens are placed on their customers properties. 

This is not an isolated incident and has happened to over a dozen other customers in the last few months.  Don't become another victim, choose someone else to install your roof!  Do not do business with Rocky Mountain Exteriors or their sub contractor Diamond Roofing.

This is an EXCELLENT company, they are moral, ethical and stand by their service. I have been a customer of theirs for two years and have always been treated kindly and professionally.  Aimee, the main face of the company ( cause she answers the phone) is an 11 out of 10! She gets back to me when she says she will and does her best to arrange for a timely service.  Phil, who just was at my home to do some warranty repair was professional, kind and very knowledgable. I feel very secure and cared for by this group.  Todd, the owner, is brilliant, funny ( but he doesn't know he funny lol) and fair.

WAY TO GO ROCKY MOUNTAIN EXTERIORS..you guys rock.. All I can say is WOW.. they completed my roof in about 12 working hours.. They had it tore off, new sheeting and felt down in the first 6 hours. Had to wait for the rain to stop and it to dry off. Came back two days later and finished in 4 hours.. WOW.. The Customer service was great. I had a little concern and they handled it.. The Crew was awesome and new what they were doing Very fast and efficient. Clean up was great..

first pic is of before work, dark spots were where my wisteria enveloped the roof (over 46 years on that roof LOL)..

I ultimately wasn't able to use Rocky Mountain Exteriors (my fault, not Rocky Mountain's) for the work we needed done, but I still wanted to leave a quick review for how great and helpful Rob was. 

I called RME late Tuesday afternoon (4 PM) and Rob was at my home at 9 AM on Wednesday morning. That kind of turnaround is unheard of where everyone other company is 7-10 days out, at best. Rob was honest, upfront and even after we came to the conclusion I probably should be looking elsewhere, was still incredibly helpful. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just a forward and honest outlook on my issues and how to combat them. 

I am admittedly an idiot when it comes to anything repair-wise, but Rob again took extra time to explain everything to me and answered any and all questions I had. Again, doing so despite us not using RME at this time. 

I will absolutely be using Rocky Mountain Exteriors in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.  

Thank you Rob for all your help! You were incredibly helpful! 

Also, wanted to extend a 'thank you' to Cody who took my initial call on Tuesday. He was also very helpful, courteous and most importantly patient whilst dealing with my simpleton brain trying to explain my issue.
