WAY TO GO ROCKY MOUNTAIN EXTERIORS..you guys rock.. All I can say is WOW.. they completed my roof in about 12 working hours.. They had it tore off, new sheeting and felt down in the first 6 hours. Had to wait for the rain to stop and it to dry off. Came back two days later and finished in 4 hours.. WOW.. The Customer service was great. I had a little concern and they handled it.. The Crew was awesome and new what they were doing Very fast and efficient. Clean up was great..

I ultimately wasn't able to use Rocky Mountain Exteriors (my fault, not Rocky Mountain's) for the work we needed done, but I still wanted to leave a quick review for how great and helpful Rob was. 

I called RME late Tuesday afternoon (4 PM) and Rob was at my home at 9 AM on Wednesday morning. That kind of turnaround is unheard of where everyone other company is 7-10 days out, at best. Rob was honest, upfront and even after we came to the conclusion I probably should be looking elsewhere, was still incredibly helpful. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just a forward and honest outlook on my issues and how to combat them. 

I am admittedly an idiot when it comes to anything repair-wise, but Rob again took extra time to explain everything to me and answered any and all questions I had. Again, doing so despite us not using RME at this time. 

I will absolutely be using Rocky Mountain Exteriors in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.  

Thank you Rob for all your help! You were incredibly helpful! 

Also, wanted to extend a 'thank you' to Cody who took my initial call on Tuesday. He was also very helpful, courteous and most importantly patient whilst dealing with my simpleton brain trying to explain my issue.

customer service is top notch.  I had a question concerning a piece of shingle that was sticking up on my roof, received a phone call from the owner of the company explaining why and that they were waiting on a piece before they could finish it and it was finished within a reasonable amount of time.  I knew i would get a response from the company but wasn't expecting the call to come from the owner, and, I received the call off-hours which was even more impressive.  The roof itself looks great, was completed in a couple of days and the crew did a good job with cleanup. I would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Exteriors to others.

Great experience with the company.  They anticipated our needs due to HOA roof requirements and thoroughly explained every step of the roof replacement.  Rocky Mountain made us feel very comfortable & taken care of during the entire process.  

They were also able to accommodate our request to have our roof replaced at a specific date and also had the bulk of the work done early.  I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs a new roof.

We learned about Rocky Mountain Exteriors when they were working on a house on our block in Hailey, ID. One of their salesmen came by to offer a free estimate of a new roof. Once he explained the issues he saw, we made an appointment to have someone come up to take measurement. The salesman broke down the steps of a new roof, offered financing and was able to answer any questions we had. When the time finally came for the job to get started, we were excited. the work crew showed up promptly at 8 am and got to work. they were very respectful of the house and yard. They made sure to clean up after themselves and after about 10 hours worth of work, they were done! They did such a great job and we have gotten so many compliments on our new roof and the sense of security we get knowing that we have a 50 year warranty feels great! We will definitely do work with Rocky Mountain Exteriors again and we recommend them to all who ask about our roof.
