I've been coming to Paradise since it opened 5 years ago. What drew me in at first was the size and cleanliness of the shop. There are so many pedi chairs and mani tables that you never really have to wait a long time.  The best thing about Paradise is the gel color selection.  For some reason, most salons only have a short list of gel colors to choose from. I now drive from the Hackettstown area just to get my nails done.  It's mostly worth the trip but I will say that over the years I feel like the service and cleanliness have declined. It's probably time for them to invest in some new pedi chairs as the last few times I visited, the chairs were broken.

March 2018 - Updating my review, now giving 3 stars.  I'm still a customer at Paradise but I am looking for somewhere else to go. They have updated some of the equipment, but the pedicure chairs are all almost all broken. I went a few weeks ago and they had no hot water. They were heating water in the back in buckets and filling up the pedi tubs with that. So weird. And didn't even offer a discount on service.  A lot of times after I get a pedi, I'm overlooked/ignored while waiting for a manicure. The atmosphere and service just keeps going downhill.
