We moved in mid-June, from a different state, a week before my husband started work. We had a week to get all the paper work done and to move in. Katelyn (the manager) was beyond helpful in this matter and ensured everything happened in a timely fashion. The building itself is extremely well designed and well-maintained, any issues if ever, are addressed immediately. The apartments are spacious and modern. We have loved living in this small community apartment complex, with its excellent rooftop amenities. I love how we have a one-on-one relation with the manager, maintenance and concierge service  employees. Everyone here is extremely helpful and friendly. Hopefully the hard work to make this complex a success will continue and all residents will remain satisfied!

Just moved into this building and it's AMAZING! On my move in day, I was warmly greeted by the staff and given complimentary house warming supplies, completely unexpected. Katelyn, Ashley, and Lenny are fantastic and very friendly. Absolutely enjoy living here, great decision.

Park Bayonne has exceeded our expectations. Moving from Virginia and having a narrow window to pick a place to rent had me and my husband anxious. After surveying other luxury properties we felt that Park Bayonne was the best choice. The apartments are spacious with top of the line appliances and interior finishes, the amenities are superb and Ashley the property’s concierge and Kate from the leasing office are very helpful and always have the best suggestions or solutions to any of our living situations. I wasn’t sure how my morning commute to Jersey City will be and it turned out to be a breeze – 12 minute walk to the light rail and I am in the city in 15 minutes. Park Bayonne also has a complimentary shuttle that is awesome and it will take you around the area without the need to drive. Everything is conveniently located and you are steps away from grocery stores, pharmacies, post office, library and public transportation. The best part of the property is that it is near the beautiful Bayonne Park that has many outdoor activities and nice woodsy areas and a walking peer along Newark Bay. In the evening you can spend your time on the rooftop that has the views of Manhattan and plenty of seating area. We are very happy with our choice and I always look forward to coming back from the city to this retreat.

Park Bayonne is a wonderful place to call home! Everything is state-of-the-art, brand new, and super efficient. The location is great, right across the street from the park and down the road from the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail. The rooftop lounge and outside patio are nicer than some NYC rooftop bars I have paid to be at.

Such a great place to live. Every apartment has a washer/dryer, and is individually metered to keep costs down! Even better, the rooftop has a great gym, and an outdoor patio space with grills, lounges, a garden, and a waterfall. It's hard to find quality apartments like these!
