We went there yesterday for comic con and paid in advance we got there and they turned us away. We paid 45 bucks and they refused to return our money and practically shoved us out!!!! We had no other money to pay for parking because we are on a tight budget they didn't care and today I can't reach them at all. They refused to give us anything even proving we couldn't park. I first gave them one star for this but now I am modifying my review. When I called management he immediately got on the phone with me. he was courteous and nice and so was the woman who got me to him immediately. We also did park there the day before and there was no issue, The staff was wonderful on Saturday. We will go back again. The Manager Wilfred was awesome and issued us a full refund asap and apologized for his employee's behavior and any inconvenience it caused us. He really did make a difference in our perspective.:-)

We used them a few years ago. It was great. We stopped off finished our paperwork went straight to the terminal. They dropped us off at the front door and we got the white glove so they dropped off our vehicle to us. Helped us load and unload our luggage. We plan on using them again next year.

Parked here for cruise parking and paid for the "White glove" service where they pick you up from the terminal. Called the garage at the terminal and had to argue with them so they would recognize we had indeed paid for the service and after that were told we needed to meet them across the street rather than the terminal which was a complete mess with no space to meet up. After walking the children and bags back to the garage in the rain I asked that we be refunded the charge for the White glove service since we were not picked up and was refused with the attendant claiming that a begrudging offer to pick us up across the street from the terminal in the rain in a location that had no room for a pickup after initially arguing that we had not purchased the service was sufficient to "do his job." The drop-off went very smoothly but the attitude of the attendant "Elvis" as well as the misrepresentation of the pick up location really soured the experience. I would be cautious using this garage since a larger discrepancy (i.e. damage, theft, etc.) will likely be a complete nightmare to deal with. TLDR, don't get the White glove service, parking experience is fine generally, but don't expect even a modicum of customer service should anything go wrong.

Staff was fantastic, even taking us up the car elevator to get our overnight bags out of the car after we'd called it a day at Comic Con. Super friendly, and the car was safe and secure.

Parked here for our cruise. Got a good price online and loved that they'll drive you over and drop you off at the cruise terminal with your own car. Not a half bad walk back to get your car either when you return.
