We contracted with Parkview to build a custom villa in Stonebridge Crossing in Stow in May, 2016. They delivered it by the end of November, 2016. It is a lovely home and we love the layout, especially the single floor living which we needed after my wife suffered a sever stroke and was unable to safely go up and down stairs. There are some aspects of their process that every person considering purchasing from Parkview needs to know. If you decide not to purchase appliances from them (and they don't offer very good ones), you are on the hook for the installation, including boring holes and access panels in the kitchen cabinet walls for running the dishwasher return line. It cost us a few hundred extra $$$ to do after the house was completed when it could have easily done by them before the granite counter tops were dropped in. Also, they highly recommend a humidification system be installed and offer it up to you during the design phase of the process. They do not tell you that it will cost you a few extra hundred $$$ to add a system after the fact. So it's definitely "Buyer Beware" when working with them. After the sale is closed and you get the keys, they really don't give a hoot about you as a client. They have your money and you are stuck with what you designed and built. They are coming back to fix a construction miss on our tray ceiling molding in the MBR, which was a miss on their part. I would have given them a 4 or 5 star review if I didn't have butt sore from the extra money that went flying our of my wallet after the fact.
