Our kitchen sink was backed up and the snake we were using bound up. We were referred to Plumbing Utah by a friend's son who is also a Master Plumber. We called that night and Shawn came over first thing in the morning, he worked for about an hour on it, but we couldn't get it released. Shawn had another appointment but didn't leave us hanging. He gave us some instructions and said text him photos and he would be back. Which he was. He worked another three hours and finally got the cable released. Shawn was very professional and courteous; while working he had to go in and out of the house many times and covered his shoes every time. In the end, we were very pleased with how reasonable bill was and how much care was taken in helping us. Needing a plumber is never fun but I will call Plumbing Utah and ask for Shawn for any plumbing needs I have in the future.
Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Plumbing Utah, LLC. They replaced our water main. Everyone was pleasant to work with - great customer service.  Ron and his team responded promptly.  It was challenging but they worked hard and completed the task relatively quickly, cleaned up after themselves and gave us a fair price.

I highly recommend them for any plumbing job.  We have been working with Ron for many years now, and he is always quick to respond, quick to arrive, and quick to diagnose the issue at hand.  He deals with the issue, provides advice on how to avoid any further complications, and is very fair and reasonable with rates.  Can't stress enough how great our experiences with him have been throughout all of our properties over the years.

There is nothing worse than having no running water. We had gone with out water all da, had company coming into town,  and we had worked on it all day. WE just googled them, and found them. They were the only ones willing to come out at 8pm without costing us an arm and a leg. He came out, needed a part when to Lowe's to find the part, couldn't find it. Called said he would be back in the morning hopefully with a new part to fix. He came back early fixed, and didn't charge an arm and a leg. He was very respectful. Took his time, gave us advice where we we unsure about how to fix something. I would call them, they have earned out business forever. In time of need,  when your not planning on a disrater, you don't want to spend tons of money or have someone come into your home being rude. WE felt in a time of need they were worked fast and understood all of that! Thank you@

At 7:30 am our house felt cold, long story short, our furnace would not come on and to top it off, it was evident that at the same time the Hot Water heater had gone out... this in a seven year old house so it was not expected at all. I called Pam at Plumbing Utah and she organized for Derek to be at our house by 9:30 am. Derek replaced the Hot Water and also had Bill from their HVAC division come in and replace the motor on the furnace, everything was completed by 1:15 pm. Amazing Service, everyone at Utah Plumbing & HVAC Utah are a pleasure to deal with and provided valuable advice on what caused the issues and how to resolve them along with ongoing service advice. I can only rate them 5 stars, if it would allow me to I would give them a 6 star rating, will definitely be using them again.
